Great question! We are not trying to change up your home's routine. We are simply trying to "Step in" as your house operates on a daily basis. If your normal routine is to wake up, care for your pets, cook breakfast, manage your household (daily chores), ready yourself for work, and head out to your job, we don't want your pets to think any different. The only change in their life is a new friend to -see what they see- and do what they know is expected to happen. This is all in the pursuit to keep them comfortable in their homes. Some pets require much less attention, for those pets we offer hourly services as well.
Side note: People tend to worry if their home is in danger while they are away, we also provide housesitting services for this reason. Whether a pet is in the home or not, your home will be viewed as habitated.
Booking replies are typicall reviewed and responded to within 48 hours. We are currently working on the development of a scheduler to optimize live dates, so that they are viewable to our patrons at any given time. Until then, we are logging all bookings manually.
Don't fret! We priorirtize scheduling times and durations to ensure that our customer's ability to place their bookings are met as soon as they feel the urge to get away!
